Looking for ways that you can support Leicester City of Sanctuary?
We appreciate your support, whether you can support us with a gift of money, give your time, or add your voice to our campaigning – here’s how!
Donate
Leicester City of Sanctuary relies on donations to fund our vital work with asylum seekers and refugees. It makes all the difference for us to be able to continue our work.
How to Donate
It’s easy to donate online. We are on Givey AND on JustGiving so you can choose which platform you feel most comfortable with. The links take you straight to our giving page where you can add your donation.

Regular Donations
One of the most helpful ways to support us is through a regular or one-off unrestricted donation. This gives our small charity the flexibility to use your support wherever it is most needed.
To give you an idea of the scale, £15 can cover a week’s refreshments, £30 a week’s fresh fruit, £32 around 400 plates, and £50 around 25 stationery packs. These are examples of the everyday costs of running our Hub; financial donations are unrestricted and used wherever they can make the greatest difference.
If you’d prefer to set up a Standing Order without sending us a letter, you can find our bank details on the form and donate via your online banking, or local branch.
Thank you for your kind support.
Keep in Touch
One of the best ways to keep up to date with what we’re doing to support Asylum Seekers is to sign up to our mailing list. It’s completely free, and as well as regular emails about our work, you’ll receive invitations to events and fund-raising information
Become a Member
We’d love for you to become a Member of Leicester City of Sanctuary – the most important reason is that you’ll be invited to attend our AGM where we vote on the Board of Trustees (and any other elected roles within the organisation), as well as other issues important to the charity.
Volunteer
Leicester City of Sanctuary takes on volunteers to help out, and you can find all the information you’ll need in the link below!
