A recent grant has enabled us to do a lot of work in recent months on Strategic and business planning, and also to review our governance of our organisation. We have been assisted in this by Adrian Masters, an independent consultant who has worked not only with trustees but also our management group as well as the leaders of some of our key areas of operating.
One outcome is that trustees agreed at our February meeting an overarching Strategic Plan for 2019-2022 and a copy of this can be found [here]. It will also form part of our report to the AGM, which this year is scheduled to be held on 15th June.
