A Regional Meeting of City of Sanctuary was held in the Booth Hall at St Martins House on Wednesday May 23rd. Regional meetings are a new initiative, replacing the old ‘group meetings’. The Leicester meeting was attended by delegates from Nottingham, Coventry, Leeds and London as well as by nine members of the Leicester group. As always, it was very interesting to hear about other groups’ activities. The meeting then went on to discuss the future role of the newly re-constituted National City of Sanctuary organisation.
