We have been granted £1,500 from the Communities First (Fosse Ward) scheme for running painting – and other – classes at the drop-in centre on Mondays.
This is (we hope) a prelude to regular Monday opening.
The money comes with some conditions – preference is to be given to asylum seekers and other participants who live in Fosse ward and we are to put on an exhibition of students’ work somewhere in the ward.
